CCHC kicked off the new year with one of the most exciting events we've ever done-- exciting because Oklahoma Christian Schools, Ministries of Jesus, and Integris all came together to help us host a health fair at Santa Fe South Elementary School (SFSES), where we provided health and vision screening for the families of students. The principal of SFSES was greatly encouraged by the turnout for the fair, and we were encouraged to have this opportunity to partner with other ministries and continue strengthening our relationship with Santa Fe South Schools.

We have hosted numerous community health events such as on February 9th free immunizations to children and partnered last July on a vision screening. Please contact our office to find out about more events.

We would like to ask you to partner with us in prayer for these projects. First, we are looking to expand the hours of our monthly adult clinic. Second, we are evaluating our options for starting a cooperative garden behind our clinic building. We hope this will become a "fruitful" way of forming connections with the community around us. Third, we will host a group of medical students for a local missions trip over spring break. The students will organize a health fair and learn about medical missions and urban ministry. Lastly, please pray for us to find ways to build rapport and partner with members of our surrounding community and to invite both established medical professionals and students to join in our work.
